Saint was born from a passion writing project of mine, brought to life through original illustration and the challenge of utilizing type in a quiet yet impactful way. The film depicts a fictional world that’s been divided into two: the pure and the impure. Saints, the radiant saviors, cut through the darkness with their golden light, while Sinners are condemned to shadows, burdened with lies and sin. The Katharos, a revered bloodline, have ruled over the Saints for thousands of years. The exception to this ancient balance lies within Amara Katharos, heir to the throne, and a Saint born of Sinners’ blood. Haunted by her heritage, she longs to shed her heavenly title, but escaping her world might be more sinister than she once believed.
